My weight has crept back up after losing 13kg on Weight Watchers three years ago. My daughter is getting married in May, so I want to fit in to a nice dress.
Starting weight is 79 kg
My target weight is 65kg.
My first mini goal is to lose 5 kg in the first month.
Second mini goal is to lose 10kg be the end of my second month which is about Easter time. That will allow me to look great for the wedding.
I'm hoping to get to my target weight of 65kg by the end of my three month script for Duromine.
