OFF Duromine
Alrighty, Being completely honest, this time around I find the dieting so much easier, I think its because we are not treating it like classic 'dieting', we are both meal prepping together most evenings for the next day, talking about the foods and what they are made of etc, and just being more...

Day 1
Today, I started Duromine 15mg after I woke up very late with the kids on summer school holidays. I was expecting ALL the side effects because I’m super sensitive to caffeine. I can’t even drink tea or coffee without heart palpitations. I would never ever drink an energy drink. Coca-Cola is my...

OFF Duromine
Oks, So for as long as I remember in my adulthood, I could never run, Like, I could run if I needed to, but regardless if it was 100 meters or a couple kilometres the next day or three I would pull up lame, back pain, sciatic nerve pain, you name it, I felt it. Hiking or walking not an issue...
