34 year old woman - a wife, a businesswomen, proud dog owner, a good friend and a bad karaoke singer.
I was very fit growing up - swimming, kick boxing etc and never really worried about weight except the usual teenage girls thoughts...
Then to London where a lot of partying and not much looking after myself lead to some bad habits that I've never really got out of.
Some pretty important people in my life died and I went to alcohol and food to reward and comfort myself and its often where I go when I want to reward myself.
Plenty of attempts to loose weight, some successful, for a while and then it ends up going back on.
I'm doing this alongside a whole 30 food challenge (no carbs, no sugar, no dairy) for 6 weeks to reset my thinking and as a challenge to myself. Alongside it i will be going to the gym and walking a lot more.
I am 108kgs and a size 18.
Although the BMI says I should be 78, I feel good when my healthy weight range is around 85kgs which is a size 12-14(aus) depending on the cut.
I have no idea how much weight i'll loose in this 6 weeks, but hoping to get under 100 and be on my way to getting back to the 80's.
