When To Start Noticing?

So on day 3 here.
I don't feel any different, except for random burst of energy around lunch time then by 3pm I'm exhausted.
Eating well and killing it in the gym every night and still no weight loss.
I know its only day 3 but when am I suppose to notice a difference or know this is even working for Me?
Only side effect I'm having is dry mouth also. No sleeplessness or anything else.

You are lucky Emily, when I started I had this horrible headache for 2 weeks. Did what everyone say and drank loads of water and tried to eat small meals. Only started losing from the 2nd week though, so don't be hard on yourself or get demotivated. Once you start losing it will go on. Good luck;)

I have just started day 4
I am on 30 and I have had no side-effects apart from the dry mouth aswell. But I feel different and I am less hungry but the first 2 days I feet like eating everything under the sun . Yesterday was the best day I just feet at ease but I'm not quite sure if I'm losing weight either because I haven't weighed myself.
