Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Duromine and any other OTC pill claiming to make you lose weight?

Duromine is an appetite suppressant. But there are thermogenic agents (claim to burn fat and increase your metabolism).
Lots of other drugs promise to suppress appetite as well, but Duromine does it within a short time. You can take it for three months in a row only with a little break, then stop for at least six months. Duromine acts in the brain, making your body think it is full. Therefore, if you use it longer than doctor prescribes, then your body can get used to it
