Week 4!

So I'm into week 4 of my duromine journey. I started off at 79.5 kg and have gotten down to 71.5kg. I lost a lot in the first week but it's been a bit steadier and slower the past three weeks. I eat healthy (mostly protein and salad/veggies ) but will still have bread at lunchtime sometimes to have a sandwich. I used to drink heaps of coke so that was probably the hardest thing for me to give up but I just have water now and a coke zero if I need a change from water. I also do brisk walking on my treadmill most nights for about 40 to 50 minutes. I can't believe how much more confidence I have gained during this time! I can wear clothes without covering my butt with a long cardigan and people at work are commenting on how thinner I am! To all those feeling discouraged my low weight loss amounts each week just keep going ! I try not to look at the scale anymore and just go by my clothes and how they fit! I'm in such a happy place at the moment !
