Week 3 and down about 10 kilos im on the 15ml.some days I don't eat at all and then I remember anf try and eat something healthy .. I had some drinks last weekend and became so intoxicated after 2 drinks. ..wont be doing that again... I try and exercise every few days but I have a very physical job always standing and moving .. side effects are decreased. . Still stare off into space somtimea..still have a real dry moth .. ddrinking water like its going out of fashion..
Should I go up to the 30ml and alternate between the two ? .
So far so good..

If I was you, if you are satisfied with the current results, I would stay doing what you are doing. Just remember to eat.
Sounds like you are doing great, 10kgs is a fair bit to lose in only 3 weeks, but if you are ok with that go for it. ;-)
