Week 1 Mini Goal

Day one. Im going to keep my goals to a minimum so as not to get disappointed in myself. So 2 kilo per week for the 1 month will still be 8 kilo in total...my long term goal was 62. Breaking it down to mini goals maybe I can get to 60! I weigh 68 now.

I am just getting back into the exercise, I ruptured a ligament in my ankle 17 weeks ago and it was the physio took the wrong course of action...so im still not good. I should of been put in a boot bot oh well.BUT I can now walk up to 3km and I can bike ride. Im starting myself an exercise program so I stick to it.
