It seems there are a few old threads so I thought Id start my own to keep stats. Maybe it will motivate me or someone else who is thinking about starting on Duromine who has tracked down this forum. I have read HEAPS of forums over the last 2 weeks, I pretty much know everyones stories - good or bad!
Dont let people scare you out of trying to improve yourself. Duromine is not a quick fix and yes, it may not be for everyone but everyone is different and you wont know how it affects you until you have tried it.
A lot of people use it as a last resort and it helps them to gain back control of their eating and food addiction. If dieting and excersisng to lose weight was as easy as people make out we'd all look like Ken & Barbie's but its not. And if you need help, then ask your doctor if it is suitable for you.
So far I am lucky and havent had any side effects but this also means I am not sure if its is working. I set my alarm to take it at 5am and go back to sleep. Over the weekend I even had day sleeps and slept that night. I have been using the treadmill but still eating as I have not lost my appetite. I am hoping that maybe I will have lost weight when I way in on Friday. Only time will tell. I have been trying to eat well and will keep you all posted on my travels
