No Weight Loss - Week 3

So I’m 2 weeks in and have lost 2.7kg total - I was losing 0.1/0.3kg daily. Was on a Low carb diet (<60gm) and max 1200 calories

However, for the past 4 days the scales have not moved - up or down !!. I’m in a plateau.

Nothing else has changed in either exercise routine or food intake to explain this. I am still taking 15mg daily along with a fat burner and metabolism booster.

What’s going on - is this normal ? And any ideas of how can I again trigger the weight loss. I don’t want to drop calories further as already only eating net about 1000max daily and am also doing cardio 3 times a week.

Okay, now that I feel better, my advice is to yes - increase the amount of carbs Many Duromine users noticed that their weight was frozen at the same point until they added back some slow carbs.
On days when you exercise, increase your calories to 1400-1500.
and try to add some strength exercises or short strength trainings. you can find plenty of those on youtube.
