New to Duromine. Any advice would be appreciated!

I lost 5kgs in the first month had a break for a month and started again 4 days ago, and have lost 2.2kgs in 4 days on the 40mg

40 mg is the strongest Duromine dose and has higher appetite suppressing properties. No side effects on it?

My doctor wasnt happy with 4kg in the first month so she upped it
