Update. I have now lost 25.8kgs. That 0.2kg short of loosing my 9 year old sons full body weight and that 1 1/4 bags of concrete mix (20kgs per bag,) 103.7kg to 77.9kg. Been off duromine now for about 6 weeks. Im still gymming it 6 mornings a week and sticking to my healthy diet.
My wife and I help and support others to try and succeed like I did. Alot are saying its to motivate them or to eat properly.
