starting my 4th week total loss 6.4kg
I forgot to take D the last 2 days and I have been a bit constipated. I will see how the rest of the week goes. How have you broken a plateau? I forgot this will be part of the process, but this and combination of lack of bowel moevemnts have resulted in the scale going up 1.2kg for my 3rd week :(

Try out some laxative foods. I've written some lately. Like beetroots, prunes, pears, as well as plum juice, or at least buy some Sena tablets. They are herbal based. Get well, darling ;)

I forgot to take mine this morning I am on day 7 and lost 6kg alralready.I hope this won't impede my progress.I am also scared of getting hungrier than usual usual.

Better a late answer than none: I think you must not worry. Some ppl take the pills every other day (although it's not right) and still have successful weight loss. So, everything will be fine!
