Hope this is ok. Just wondering what food people are eating while on duromine. I'm a fussy eater and having trouble finding stuff to eat to get my 1200 calories a day. At the moment I'm eating a banana for breakfast, chicken or steak and vegies for lunch and dinner is either lite jelly or a couple of saos with a tiny bit of vegemite.

Hi Nikki I like to have weight watchers meals on stand by ...I eat a lot salmon, salads I have also started to cook again I like make bolanaise sauce a beef or chicken stroganoff using lean cuts of meat only and lite sour cream... I count my calories & exercise using my fitness Pal app on my iPhone & ipad... If you need to boost your calorie intake try adding a potato or pasta ....I have found slim noodles in woolworths virtually no calories I use theses in place of pasta for any stir frys or sauce I make ..I have lost 16.5 kg in the past 13 weeks..You need to eat enough calories I hope this helps :)

Thanks for the advice. I will go look for those noodles in woolies tomorrow
