Controlled Eating=best Results

I decided since I started I wasnt going to go crazy dieting. All I have done is to make sure I eat 3 meals a day.

I use to be a person who would skip meals and have quite large portions when I ate. I have come to find that even if I eat the same things just conconsiderably less I still feel full and didnt have to worry about committing to a diet plan as I know that would just not work for me.

Breakfast: youghurt with all bran or toast with vegemite

Lunch: snack bar or salad

Dinner: 2 homemade rissoles, half of 1 potato and alot of steamed vegies.
