Seems that there are a few people aiming for the magic double digits.
I'm just aiming for any loss ATM..... but..... once I see a loss I will set some mini goals, and getting under 100kg will be the first step. Still a long way to go, but I am encouraged by everyone here and their successes.

i have told myself, that i will not weigh anymore, i will only take the measurements
till i fell my pants loosen up, but right now Girl, just know that ur not the only one who havent lost.
i also dont know what i am doing wrong? maybe the lack of exercise, that is what is stalling everything. iam thinkig of switching my meals to shake, 2wice a day, then have main meal at home, after work.

Nobody can tell you what amount and in what time you will lose.
I think both must be counted - digits on the scales and measurements. Sometimes you feel "lighter" and clothing seems looser, but when you jump on the scales - nothing. And vice versa...
Just make sure you do everything right. The weight never comes off just with the pills.
I started the Duromine on Thursday last week. I weighed 111 to start off with, weighed myself on Monday & I was 108.9. Today I'm 108.8. I am a little disappointed with myself but I have to keep reminding myself that I lost 2.2kgs within 3 days.
From now I will only weigh myself on Thursday's....AND I'm going to get my buttons moving starting today.

Think of last year Christmas photos and what this year will be like. We r all going to look like hot mamma's.Our boobies are going to be only big feature. We are going to c our feet again.(shhhh we are going to c our fefe'.) Yay iam ready to loose 20 kg and be my goal weight.
