When you buy Premium Membership, you should be 100% sure that it is exactly what you wish to do.

We are loyal to our users and so we guarantee a refund in two cases:

  1. If you have paid for Premium Membership, but you do not agree with something and you have not contacted none of our sellers, we will refund you for Premium Membership.
  2. When a seller does not reply to you within 72 hours and you want a refund, you get 100% money back for the Premium membership. Please note: the refund is only possible if a seller never got back to you.
  3. In any other cases, we don't offer money back guarantee.

However, if you purchased Premium Membership for 1 year, and THEN noticed or decided that you prefer Lifetime Premium Membership, you need to contact us with your request on upgrading your membership. If this is the case, you will have to pay the difference between the cost of the two options.

At that, if you purchase Lifetime Premium Membership, it is impossible to downgrade it, and we will not return the difference between the cost of these two options.
