I started last sat too. Have lost 6.5kgs. For last 2 days it’s stayed at that tho. 1.7 is great! U should be stoked! I’m pretty sure a lot of mine has been water. Plus, I’m not eating a bag of chips and drinking a ginger beer every day now!

I haven't exercised a great deal 2 days of bootcamp i think i need 2 at least start walking more. I have 1-2 shakes a day a piece of fruit and a small dinner i also make sure i have atleast 2lts water or more. How about yourself?

Yea, not so much exercise either. Not intensive anyway, I try to walk dogs or bike ride most days, but it’s not for long. I downloaded an app to watch my cal intake (no more than 1200). I’ve been GFDF for months already but have been holding onto sugar and potato chips so that’s what’s been the biggest change for me - no sugar and chips. I eat pretty light going during the day at work generally but have a good meal at night. Water, yea, the same as you ;) my goal is to fit my wedding ring again - how bout you?

I just started my third week and have lost about 4kg. :) Not as much as some but I’m just stoked to see the scales move after busting my butt for so long and getting nowhere.

I am the same if i am honest i need 17kgs but it feels impossible to me so i will just b happy with 10 and i will b happy to slowly chip away at the rest. I havent really worn my rings since having my daugther last dec because they r quite tight. Lets hope we get there ladies!

You can do it! Slow and steady wins the race. It seems to be a lot harder after having babies too

How was your first week on Duromine? You can share your 1st-week experience here.

I just finished my 1st week, and have just flown home from site (I work FIFO). I’m on a combination of Metformin (treating insulin resistance from PCOS) and 30mg Duromine. It didn’t take long for me to adjust to the medication as after a few days I was sleeping well and wasn’t pinging like a speed freak. I’ve had a relatively low appetite but I do still have one. I am extremely active at work as a rig geologist (12hr days in the field) so I haven’t bothered adding any extra exercise. I’ve also not had any coffee or alcohol, which are both things I would have usually while on site. But the best part is that I weighed myself tonight as soon as I got home, and I have lost 3kg in my first week. I’m pretty happy with the first initial loss, so fingers crossed I will see a steady decrease in numbers every week
