• ☝️A newly developed meal plan for people taking Duromine is available now❗️ With a proper diet, you can lose TWICE as much weight 📉!
Today is day 7. Yay one week. Last night was my first night of shit sleep. Don't know if it was the duromine, the fact I had an argument with hubby or the fact that I ate a 450g tub of ice cream for no reason. Men are annoying and emotional eating sucks!!!!!! Any tips on dealing with emotional eating cause sitting down with junk cause I'm grumpy defeats the point of the duromine.

Stay busy when you feel like your going to sit and eat junk. Go hang some washing out, go for a walk etc that’s my idea.

Hey. I know what that’s like. Also an emotional eater and pcos so recipe for disaster! I haven’t really been craving sweets with duromine but I am still hungry. On day 6 now. Maybe put a picture on your fridge on how you want to look or a skinny pic of you just as extra motivation.

If angry and need to clear my head - I walk

Is normally go for a walk. Was 10pm last night though. Not really walking weather. :joy::joy::joy:

There's nothing wrong with comfort eating every now and then. Just so long as it's not a regular thing...my husband had a bad day the other day and came home with an entire freddo frog ice cream cake, a large bag of salt n vinegar chips and a block of snack chocolate.

Many of us suffer from binge eating from time to time. It's absolutely fine. We are all humans and can have different cravings ;)
However, if you find yourself eating emotionally too often, you might be interested in this post. :kissing_heart:

Hello everyone! I’ve heard great things about Duromine and I asked my doctor to put me on Duromine to help with my weight and he said he would give me “Metermine” instead, he said ‘it’s the same thing it’s just the newer and better version. I was wondering if anyone is on or has been on “Metermine”? I have a few questions and just wanting to talk to anyone who has tried it as I can’t find anyone who has been on it yet. I took my first 30mg tablet this morning and have felt completely normal all day. Thanks in advance!

Oh okay:worried: I’ve been reading heaps of comments on people’s experiences with duromine and am hoping metermine is as good.

not much difference price wise. It's just a no name brand like Nurofen and ibuprofen I think

u could’ve got the real duromine for that price

I know I thought it would be cheaper then duromine.. I asked for Duromine and he was happy to give me it but gave me Metermine. I hope it does something for me cause I had one this morning and feel totally normal still.. still tired, no energy. Hopefully tomorrow things will kick in

I had no energy on the cheap ones u have and didn’t see results, so I went back and got the real ones 3 weeks later

Oh okay! I’m not sure why he would prefer me to have this one over Duromine as id never heard of Metermine until now

Cause some chemists sell this one cheaper but u could’ve got the real thing for the same price u paid today , some people say the cheaper one does not work as good
