I see you're very busy now... may be consider watching this workout. Just 4 minutes. BUT, since you have increased heart rate, monitor closely how you feel.

I finally had a good sleep last night because I didn't take the dose yesterday. Let's see how it is going by taking it every other day. Thanks

Hi there. I am on my third day of Duromine 15 mg and I haven't slept well at all the past two nights. Moreover I am experiencing heart race in the evening, despite I take the tablet at 8 in the morning. Will these side effects disappear while going on with the treatment?
Thanks

Hi there. I had exactly same symptoms and was on 15mg tabs aswell. My insomnia and racing heart disappeared after about a week in. Since then no side effects whatsoever, appetite generally suppressed although still eating 3 small meals per day. Also following a <70gms Low carb diet which has also done wonders for my bad cholesterol which was at 3.94 last month and is now down to 3.2 .

I lost 4.1 kg in first moment and over 9 cm off waist and hips and about 6cm off breast. Well happy.

What a great result! Congrats!! I am taking a step back unfortunately, but I'll be sure to catch up.
Could you please share what you have for breakfast usually. I just can't decide on my breakfasts

Hi - I tend to have the same thing Everyday, 40gms of Kellogg’s almond granola with a splash of milk. 26gms of carbs which is a fair bit when on Low carb diet aswell. I’ve not touched pasta, bread , potatoes or rice for a month now !!! I then do 1 hour at the gym (in the home luckily) in treadmile, cross trainer and weights.

How you getting along ?

Thanks for sharing! I am happy to lose another kilogram. However, it goes a bit slower than i planned. Decided to make mondays my weigh in days to keep focused on my behavior during weekds :pensive:
Definitely have to stop the bad habit of rewarding myself with tasty things. This is NOT a serious approach.

That’s the hard part - it’s gotta be a lifestyle change, otherwise once your off the tablets the weight will just pile on. Off on holiday to Thailand on Sunday with all inclusive dining - worried i will over indulge and all the effort over last month will be for nothing - willpower needed !!!

Oh my! That's a tough challenge! On the second thought... if you stick to proteins and delicious veggies, it might not all go to waste. I also read somewhere here on the forum that it's good sometimes to eat more so that your body gets a shock or something of that kind. So maybe you'll even lose. fingers crossed to that!
and you're so right. i need to change the thinking, the entire idea of food. working on it. Just watched the video April added yesterday about making lifestyle changes. It's all in your brain... :eyes:

Hey guys I’ve recently started 30mg again. I have around 10 kilos to lose.
For my height I am overweight so my doctor gave this to me to kickstart as I have a pretty decent healthy diet & exercise regime.

last time I used it I could sleep wonderfully & all was great but this time I’m up all night.
Even taking it at 5-6am. It’s causing me extreme anxiety and stress not sleeping. I try and be as active as I can maybe I need to exercise more?

I’m thinking of taking it every 2nd or 3rd day because I need my sleep & it also makes me snappy. Does anyone have experience with doing that? I’m not worried about slow weight loss as I’d prefer it that way. I’ve already lost 1 kilo in the last 3 days of taking it everyday.
I want to use this as a tool in a sensible way and not as a quick fix as I really want this to be the last time I have to lose weight I want to keep it off for good.

I am experiencing the same thing, also not going to take it every day anymore. Started yesterday and no sleep last night. So will skip tomorrow and only take Friday again. I take mine at 5 in the morning, but I don't do any exercise so the extra energy that it gives you keeps me wide awake so going to start walking tomorrow and see if that will help. I'm very grumpy this morning but need to ride it out as it really does work. I have lost weight on this before. I also don't want to rely on this and don't want to be on it forever as it's not good for your health long term so I hope to reach my goal within 3 months.
Goodluck and keep in touch as we could support each other as this does make you depressed well that's what I experienced.

I have started duromine yesterday, and I haven’t eaten besides a mandarine since yesterday
Has anyone had experience on taking it every second day? Will it still work? I also suffer from bad anxiety so I’m trying to tell my self the shaky ness etc is just the pills but I’m also so scared of any drug so it’s scares me more. I’m ok falling asleep it’s staying asleep, I wake up at 6am so should I take it as soon as I wake up? And do you eat first?

Have you tried taking a week off and then start taking them again? It should start working like it did when you first started taking them. Kinda like kickstarting your weight loss again.

How long do you take 30 mg? Do you still feel hungry and cravings while taking the pills?
