• ☝️A newly developed meal plan for people taking Duromine is available now❗️ With a proper diet, you can lose TWICE as much weight 📉!

Duromine Day 3

I agree with your chemist Kelly. Duromine should be used every day, because it is a medication (not a weak one btw), period. Don't listen to doctors or other people, who are saying "I decided to take the pills every other day". It is not right. You wouldn't take antibiotics this way, would you? So why do many people treat Duromine as a dietary supplement or vitamins?! I don't understand...
Maybe they think: "Oh, I have so bad side effects, maybe I should take it every other day so the side effects lessen?" But things are the opposite - first when you start the pills, your body is getting used to them for a while and then when it gets used to the medication, you suddenly stop taking it...these ups and downs are def not good. Better to reduce the dosage, instead of making such small breaks. No offence, please.

Take care of your health, Ashleigh.

Thanks Kelly that's a good idea I'll ise a calorie tracker to make sure I'm not eating too much/too little

Sync's with Fitbit if you have one of those devices as it's tracker isn't the best for Aussie foods. Having Myfitnesspal link into Fitbit is the way to go for aussie foods etc.

Feeling pretty good, sleeping ok, not as deep as I normally would and waking up to pee a lot lol
Mild headache yesterday, took pills and it went. Still hungry at times when I'm due to eat but hopefully that's a good thing as my metablois has spead up :)
All in all pretty happy so far, can't wait to see results after a week!!

Good one, are you exercising as well?

Hey Dave no I'm not. I find when I excersice I get hangry!!! That's not a typo, I actually get so hungry I can't stop eating and I gain weight.
Food has a huge control over my life so I'm just focusing on healthier Choices.
Exercise is not something I can maintain either, I don't want to lose weight through exercise and stop therefore putting it all back on. I know my limitations

Thats fair enough, one thing at a time :)

Yes kate. I was shocked and promptly asked the doctor WHY?? kind of freaking out bcse i dont want to lose so fast - mere water weight i can be sure of that. I hope just water weight

I eat small portions of meals regularly to make sure i dont jeopardize my metabolisme so much.

I REEEAALLLY want to keep the weight off after im done with 3 months supply.. It nerve wrecking to think how to as its not only food intake but the body also has its own settings that im not aware of.. Im afraid if im doing something wrong switching the wrong button hehe

Thanks :) i really hope its just water weight bcse fat loss shud take longer and slower to lose :)

Day 4 ended with extra 22 cals as i started to crave for something salty

Had to take amoxillin antibiotics for my ear infection - got flu from my kid and as expected it flares up my sinus and the infected mucus spread to my ears.

Took D at 4am. Antibiotics at 1pm. Ample time frame to avoid complications but by 4pm i started feeling like i need to snack and eat..

so the antibiotics does wean off the D effect a bit. I feel hungry night time, but thanks to calorie counter i didnt add any snack (just the last extra cals i had around 6pm)

i gulped down water and force myself to sleep.

Bummer.. But i wont stop D and will continue taking both with 8-9 hours apart from each.

Hold on, Trudee! You are doing great!
When I feel like I want to snack something at night, I make myself a green tea and then add some honey. A huuge 400ml bowl of tea:laughing: Well, if it's not too late though, otherwise you won't be able to fall asleep. My point is that I always drink something warm when I crave snacks and it's not my meal time.

Thanks for ur kind support kate.. I tried SO hard last nite not to eat anything other than water lol and i finally fell asleep.. Pheww with only 22cals extra..

I wont stop D as i dont want to break the cycle where my body has just started to familiarize itseld with this new brain signal thing lol

Took D at 8am today weird enough by 11am tummy starts to grumble :( even after a banana and yogurt..

But now at 4pm i dont have the hunger pangs like yesterday. I hope it last till nite time. Calorie counter REALLLY helps me to keep myself disciplined. Even if i dont, only few extra cals below 40.

Ive tried green tea.. All sorts of em even the organic ones but sadly i bloated too much and my waistline (which is already big) increased 2.5cm in just 2 months! I thought i have hormone issues (as i was taking care of what i eat - 1200cals per day) and doc requested me to stop green tea and my tummy feels better.. I had the energy kick tho.. Felt energetic and alive too bad i had to stop. :(

Sadly... But yeah - different people different products. The same thing happened to me with oatmeal porridge. Everybody said it's good for your body and healthy and provokes well bowel movement...but eventually I ended up with ***stipation and heavy feeling in my abdomen(((

Hi all!! So happy I found this forum! I am on day 3 of duromine, I was pretty nervous to take it as some of the side effects I read scared me a bit but everyone's different so I too it, I'm on 30mg and I weigh 72.4 my goal would would maybe be 62 would be awesome but that's going to take work I know! I haven't eaten a wholeeeee lot in the last 2 days as I haven't been starving but I'm making sure I have breakfast lunch and dinner and I walk/run 5kms every day! I'm hoping the weight is going to drop off but I don't want to get my girls up! No real side effects except the first day I felt very anxious but that went away and now I just have a dry mouth which makes me drink more water, I drank 4L of water today it's great! Can't wait till Sunday to weigh in!!

Hello, welcome!
Good luck with the weight loss. Seems like you have a perfect plan, you can do this. ;)
