At the start I was only walking probably 2-3 times a week. Now I go to the gym 6 days a week for 2hrs each day and I’m seeing results. I could never do chin ups. Now I can do ten of them.

Morning and lunch I have a meal replacements shake and dinner I have a healthy frozen meal that you can find in the frozen sectioning coles. I know I hardly eat anything. Also if I was to have a snack it’d be an apple or watermelon. And I drink nothing but water all day. And have been drinking nothing but water in over a month now. I can’t drink anything else anymore. It just taste way too sugary.
