Hi - could anyone help me with the ozempic versus Saxenda question, is one better than the other and can you try one then switch to the other??

Hello dear @cassper!
Both Saxenda and Ozempic have the same influence on your body. Both control the sugar level, and both reduce weight.

The main difference is in the active ingredient. Ozempic - Semaglutide, Saxenda - Liraglutide.

Ozempic is injected once a week, while Saxenda is used daily.

However, you need to know which is better for you. Some users find Ozempic more effective; others say that Saxenda works pretty well.

So, there is no certain answer, which medication will work for you more effectively.
