First week and Lost 5.6 kg

I just finish my first week and have lost 5.6kg. I still have a long way to go but for a start my work clothes are not as tight any more :grinning::grinning::grinning:

Hello! that's great work. Can I ask are u doing exercise or any healthy eating. I've been on mine for 3 weeks and I don't see any changes.

Hello @HeatherA . I have changed my diet. I don't have 3 big meals I break it up into 6 small meals and I count my calories. I have between 1200 to 1800 calories but never go over 1800. I also exercise by going for a hour-long walk after work. I also under a physo (injury my shoulder at work) who gave me a work out list that include weights. I also go for a run at 4.30am before work and my job I'm alwasy running around so never really stop till at 9pm.

Wow I wish I had that sort of drive. I'm trying so hard I'm doing my walking & healthy eating. Fingers crossed. Good luck for your journey. :heart:

Congratulations on your first-week results! :party: I think anyone needs a big will power to go running at 4:30 a.m.:dizzy: It's really impressive
