Day forty five on Duramine (metermine) 40mgs-
3 litres of water today. Pepperoni slice with hommus and cheese for breakfast. Did just over an hour of dance central 2 today. This one seems to focus a little more on rnb and hiphop as opposed to the techno and dance type music in number one. I found a number of dances I really enjoy and time just flies by when I am getting my groove on Had 5 dim sims for lunch and then in the afternoon did 30-45 minutes of zumba rush. For tea tonight the boys wanted spag bog. I had thought of grating up some zuccini after seeing a post on pinterest, and topping it with the meat. I ended up adding a handful of pasta to my plate too. It was additional carbs but as I was really ontop of the portion size I think all in all it was a good meal. The zuccini added a really great taste and texture. Tomorrow I will start on the cardio blast dvd from the library. Staying pretty positive and have 11 days til next weigh in.
