What am I doing?????

I have been on D for 9 or so weeks, starting weight was 76kg. My first week I lost 3.7kg. My current weight is 69 kg, so a total loss of 7kg. Loosing close to 4kg in my first week shows that i have only lost 3kg over the last 8 weeks.

This is so dissapointing for me. I am really working hard to loose the weight and NOTHING is happening. This is basically my daily routine.... please feel free to give advise, i am obviously doing something wrong.

Take Duromine at 5:30 am
cycle for 10-15 minutes
rooibos tea only - with sweetner
breakfast - bran flakes and a bannana
snack around 11 am - either 2 provita's with low fat plain cream cheese
lunch - 1 slice low gi wholewheat bread with boiled egg
snack around 2pm - low fat plain yoghurt or an apple
dinner - normal family dinner - just small portions
evenings - cycle for 20 minutes
drink at least 2 litres of water a day

I got my 3rd and last script yesterday, however my normal doctor was not in so unfortunately i didnt get to chat to him about my concerns. I feel like i am eating healthy and i am at least making an effort to exercise. Where am i going wrong?
I am still hoping to loose 9kg by 1 December. I have one month left of Duromine....

Please don't be disappointed. Many experts believe that the best and safest amount to lose is 1% of yor weight per week. So each week you should be around 0.7 kg and over 10 weeks you would expect to lose 7.6 kilos. It seems you are right on track.
It is all relative. If you start off with a bigger number you should expect to lose more.
Also. Nearly everyone will have a big loss to start with and it will slow down. It is a sad fact. We all get really excited to see the big numbers drop off in the first few weeks. Then discouraged when it slows to a trickle.

I absolutely agree with Smick.
Unfortunately the first loss is the biggest. Then things seem to slow down... I also remember having that result. After my first month I was losing nearly 1kg per month.. And that's why it took much longer time than I expected. Don't worry, I am sure you will lose those 9 by December. And I think your daily plan is perfect. Go on with a smile and optimism, darling!

Thank you ladies... I wont give up. Feels better just being able to vent on here and have people who have a personal understanding helps me alot. I am goint to work at it and get rid of the last 9kg. Hope you all have a lovely day.
