Well done!

So my last week after being hard on myself for the laid back week prior and indulgence on the weekend! I defo am back on track! I now know slip ups happen and they too are positive if u approach them the right way :)

The gym classes started back Monday and I missed it because honestly I slept through my alarm! Aarreggghhh school holidays and getting back into routine is soooo hard lol!

So went Tuesday and Thursday also this morning Wednesday I trained at home :) still on shakes although I have changed from slimm to slim it (aldi brand) definitely took a bit of getting used to as they are thicker and sweeter but funny enough more healthy! So I'm fine with them now!!! (Saving $10) lol

So today is weigh in :)

Today's weight 90.9kg
Starting BMI 38.1
Today's BMI 31.5
Total weight loss 19.1kg
Total weight loss this week 2kg

Very happy and content ATM!
