week 13-15 of 2017,
Down another 400gms to
91.8kgs.

Happy with my slow progress because it means it's more likely to stay off and I'm focusing so much on the mental side of weight loss rather than just losing weight.
It's all such a mental game and I don't want to just lose weight and then eat "normal" again and gain it all back.
I'm not making massive changes to my diet that I can't sustain, I'm making small changes that I can deal with long term, like eating less, eating better, and still eating bad things but not as often or as bad.

Start weight July 2016
107kgs
Start weight 2017
96kgs
Current weight
91.8kgs

Total loss 15.2kgs

Hopefully next post will be reaching the 80s!!

Congratulations to you with another good result! I love what you say about your attitude to weight loss and the mindset. Way to go! Take care and have a lovely day!

PS. Fingers crossed you reach the goal you set for your next post

Thankyou.
I decided some time back, that this time was going to be different. I've lost weight so many times in the last 20 years, and gained it all back and I have had to work really hard on my mind set this time and figure out exactly what it is I need to achieve my goals and the main thing I kept going back to was that every time I've lost weight I've got cocky and too comfortable and decided that I deserve this, or that, and it gets out of control again because I had deprived myself too much like a punishment, so therefore I felt the need to rebel against it and then I was back to square one again.
This time, I'm not missing out, I'm just not being a pig and I'm fueling my body with what it needs. Food isn't about rewards and always eating what YOU want and more about what you body needs but also being sociable with food doesn't mean you have to eat a lot of it to enjoy it.

Oh what a lovely excuse for a pause. =)) Congratulations on your precious daughters’ birthdays. May happiness and success follow them through their entire lives.

I am sure you will be able to get back on track in a week. You’re so good at it! =) Best of luck and more pleasant days! Cheers

Thank you.
Back into duro today.
Haven't noticed it really except I don't want dinner.
Hopefully I can flush the system in the next few days and get rid of the bloat and extra few kgs I'm carrying..
xx

How are you Mumo3girls? I am very curious how Duromine works for you now. You know that it can be different every time you re-start it. hope you’re doing great! A great day to you!

I have been back on duro for a week and managed to lose any extra kgs I gained while off it, and am currently about 91.4kgs.
Right now I'm noticing how it works for me, and that is, it makes me stop thinking about bad foods. It doesn't make me feel full, it just makes me not feel that urgent need for food. Which it's always done for me but I think I get used to it so having time off from it and then going back on reminds me how I should feel when I'm off it, and I don't. So this is what I need to work towards being able to control when I'm finished.
Last week I barely ate, but of course, my concentration levels were shocking, I'm still struggling to find balance between eating enough or too much, eating right and at the right times of the day.
Overall I'm still determined to continue on my weight loss journey and can't wait to see the 80s hopefully very soon.

Like I said, you are great at getting back on track! =)) Well done!

Glad you notice the effect. Was a little worried you would feel nothing…

It’s always hard to follow any strict eating schedule, when you have so much to do during the day. Hope you will find a rhythm soon, and your goal comes in no time =) You truly deserve it! Did you get back into exercising, as well?

The effects are very hard to notice at times and I would imagine that if I wasn't as in tune with my body like I am now (and haven't been in the past) that I wouldn't notice it.
Exercise is minimal at the moment but it's still there. I try to go for a 2-3km run on a weekend and maybe 2 times during the week and a few short walks.
