3kgs lost for 2017

Total loss since August 2016 13.2kgs

I ran my first trail run today, 6.3km.
It was hard, I was slow. I only managed to run 2-3km and then walk/run the rest of the way.
BUT, I done it, and i didn't die. I done sometbing I haven't done before. My 3rd fastest time for that distance. Getting fitter!!!

You think it is not enough, but I say BRAVO! 2-3 km of run is a good distance, many people can't do even 1 km. Now you made me jealous, I need to restart my jogging as well:rolleyes: I can still recall that fit and light feeling in my body...

Oh, wow! You’re a fantastic woman! Congrats with the great trail run result! You didn’t get off the distance, and you didn’t die, and you did manage to run half of it without stopping, and still continued. You didn’t sit on the ground till the time of the run runs out. You did your best and you succeeded! Just remember, how hard it was for you to run before, and where you are now.

13.2 kg loss is wonderful! I am sure your overall health indicators also show how much better your body is right now. Well done! Have a great day!

Thanks guys..
I was only disappointed because a month ago I done a 5km run and ran the whole way, but the circumstances surrounding that run were totally different to this one, but of course we are always harder on ourselves..
anyways.. all goodxx
