GW ( by 30th September ) : 88kgs
GW ( 15th October) : 85kgs
GW ( 18th November) : 80kgs
So I'm not aiming sky-high but I know that this would be reasonable weight loss aims for MYSELF!
I'm really nervous about pushing myself more than anything. I want to go to the gym at least 5times a week as a habit and with food, I am trying to cut out bread.
The end is near and I'm planning to go all in!
