Hey guys!
Was going through some old photos and never realised how big I was.
My weight just kept going up and down and when it shot up in July I just knew something had to be done. And then I decided duromine was the option. 1/4 through my 3rd month.
Attached a photo of my weight differences only this year

Hello Lupe! Wow! What a huge difference between July and October photos! BRAVO! The hard work pays off, huh? =) Did you begin exercising already? Did you change anything in your diet?

No I haven’t started exercising yet. I was supposed to start this week.
It’s really hard being that I’m always at work or with family. I was when I first started in August I downloaded a exercise app but stopped after 18 days as I was busy with a funeral however didn’t notice it aswell.
Do you have any recommendations of what apps I could use for now? With my busy lifestyle or any advice?

Hmmm… what you can do… let’s see. You can include several techniques in your daily activity, which will help you work through your entire body without spending much time.

  • If you have 5 to 7 minutes in the morning, you can engage in planking, tabata or short HIIT trainings.

  • When you cook, or have to wait in a traffic jam, you can use Oxycise, which works really nice for your belly area.

  • To provide your skin with a better tone and look, you can add grinded coffee to your shower gel and massage your problem areas. Then, gently rub in oil or special cream into your skin, without stretching it.

I am not sharing any app, because you are the only person who knows when you have time to exercise, and I want you to chose the exercises that you like. You should enjoy being active.

If you like to dance, and do have 30-40 minutes free at times, you can engage in Zumba. Other cardio loads that might be available for you during the day are brisk walking, going up and down the stairs. When you mop, do the dishes or iron clothes, you also can work through your abs area. Simply search in youtube for “workout while cleaning” – so many great ideas!
