SO last week I hurt my back and have been practically bed ridden for 4 days. The plus side is that we are experiencing a cold front, so I got to snuggle up in bed. The really bad news is that I was medicated up to the ying yang, which means husband was cooking, and by cooking I mean ordering out. Plus, I haven’t had any exercise since last week Monday. I feel like I probably put everything back on, it has been a trying few days.
I came into work to find my GP has emailed me a very strict diet formulated especially for weight loss surgery candidates. I am a bit nervous to commit. It takes out everything I love, including coffee.
I haven’t taken the duromine for the last week as I felt that after the initial day, I didn’t feel any other effects, no reduced cravings, no bursts of energy, just dry eyes and fatigue. I think it could do with the Oratane I am taking for my skin. The GP says that the oratane side effects will be the worst the first month, so I guess I’d wait until the month is over before I start with the Duromine again.
Here’s to hoping…
