Start weight : 77.8kg
Height: 153cm
Posture: Is not confidently held
Issues: Sore lower, mid and upper back; Fat arms; Tummy lays next to me at night; Chunky dimpled butt; Cellulite in legs; Fat neck - rolls of fat ; restrictive breathing..
Other Inconveniences: Not easy doing shoes up. Can be challenging to umm - reach my butt; lots of nice clothes, but they're too small....

In comparison, I guess I do have less to lose than some - however my shape is one of obesity... I do look and feel like an Oompa-Loompa... I am an overweight woman - and I need not be.

I have had just 3 duromine capsules so far... I wonder just how much they can assist me with my personal mission...

No expectations - Only 'Hopes'...

See how it all pans out..

Bought a pushbike rhe other day.. Ouch - sore bum!! Hope I get used to that soon.. ;)

Hello BitOfaChub! You like to criticize yourself, as far as I can see. well, my advice is to leave it all behind now that you are on your way to becoming a better version of yourself. =) So, welcome to the forum and have a successful Duromine journey! And why not try and transform hopes into some efforts which will show the results. Pushbike – great – keep going! What about the nutrition? Planning on keeping to any diet or following the healthy nutrition principles? Best of luck!

Hi April.. I am a realist, who also has a sense of humour. Self Critisism - maybe yes.. or perhaps its just a very honest acknowledgement of how I feel....
I decided to join this forum for a band of support... 'Why not try to transform hopes into some efforts which will show results', you say... Gee - that's quite assuming, don't you think?? I have begun this journey and yes... I have a plan..!

My plan - is...
'No Expectations - Only Hope'

It would be silly to start this journey with 'Excpectations'. I will not be a slave to my scales... My Hope is that Duromine and I are a good match... and that together with healthy choices and my peddley... I will soon begin to see and feel results.

Assume Not....!

Heeey! Good for you! Having a good plan and proper attitude work miracles! Healthy choices and pushbike shall do the deal and hopes are always the best to hold on to. You are right, expectations can be too useless and “unmotivating” at times. Rock it!

PS. Any side effects, appetite suppression present?

Hello BitOfaChub! How are you doing?

Hi April, so far so good.. i weighed myself on day 10 - 2.3kg down.. happy with that!
I am noticing a drop in appetite. Still feel hungry, though I eat less and am finding I am making less coffee through the day too. I have forgotten to take icey water to work a few times. Its the only way i will drink it, so forgetting has been an issue! This has contributed to constipation, I'm sure! Am taking a stimulant to assit with this also. Seems to be quite a drawback for me.. My stomach feels bloated and heavy - I must remember my water!!!
Work has been extremely busy. I have been working 11 to 12 hours Mondays to Fridays so my peddley hasn't had much ride time.

Apart from that - all seems okay...

Thanks for checking in on me :)

Hello BitOfaChub! Wow! The result is great! Bravo! 2.3 kg even without planned exercising and high exhaustion… Working so much… though, you are doing great with your eating, if the result is so high despite all the obstacles on your way! Very well done! You know, Duromine can suppress your appetite in 2 different ways: totally destroy your hunger or leave the hunger at some intervals yet help you get satiated with smaller portions. In my opinion, the second option is more preferable. Glad you have it. =)

As for the constipation… darn it’s so unpleasant and torturing. You are right to take something to aid the cleansing and I am glad you realize the water issue so good. Looks like you got it all under control =) Oh, got an idea, if you don’t mind. Do you drive to work by car? There are some exercises you can do while driving, sitting at your table (if you have office work) or stand in queue. Oxycise. Of course, you will be mainly working on the abs area, if you do it when driving… still oxygen is good =)) I used to do it while standing in traffic jam in my car… made a couple of people think I was having a heart attack.. =(( still, I was finding it more entertaining than to just sit and be nervous =) ok, that’s a bit of my own experience. I am glad your progress is going so well. Hope you will manage to solve the bowel issue. Oh, just remembered… bloating and constipation can also be caused by sudden change in your nutrition to foods very rich in fiber. I used to have bran with yogurt in the morning and it worked great for me, while a friend of mine was climbing the walls because of the bloating she got from bran… but you already know how to address it.. water. Sorry for too many letters… I was worried I offended you with my first message and now that you finally answered I am all so chattery.. =) a great day to you!

Hi April, thanks for your support! Its nice to be able to chat to someone. I have kept this duromine journey to myself. I just don't want people watching and making comments along the way! I am still batting the constipation but doing ok.. Funny thing is - I am finding I am not weighing myself.. perhaps subconsciously I don't want the distraction.... I'm happy just to take my duromine, to notice my food and water (and coffee) intake and how I feel in my clothes day to day. I 'think' I am making some progress - but... it's definately not huge! I have one week left of my first month.... perhaps I will weigh in prior to starting the second month. With luck I will see a drop in numbers..

Hi! Happy to hear from you! Ok, I like the tactics you have chosen – the way it is more comfortable for you and to remain calm, focusing on what you do for your goal. You know, it looks like you are doing it like some culture, Ayurvedic or something similar. They also don’t judge by the weight. Instead, they judge by the size of the clothes you wear and how it fits you. Something like that… You definitely will see some progress. You did decrease the food intake, and hopefully manage to find some time in your busy working schedule to get on your peddley. =) Slow and steady wins the race! =) Have a lovely day and enjoy the changes you notice in yourself.
