Well, i've given up - it's been 3 months now since I started and i've had enough.
Live in general is shitty at the moment and i'm not in the right head space to carry on.
I will get back to it eventually.

Hello Vamp Girl. I don’t think you’ve given up. And I don’t think you should feel defeated at all. I understand that you are going through some harsh events and you have no forces/wish to fight anything else. When life hits us, we have to first deal with it.

However, I cannot leave it unsaid… I think you are BRAVO and deserve applause for all your efforts, for not giving up until you got to end of the course, despite all the obstacles you were facing on your way. It was a very hard trip for you, and you kept going, even though there were times when you were feeling really down.

I am sure you did get A LOT more health benefits than you know now. I can’t remember (sorry) how many kilos you lost in total…8? 7? Either way, I think your body wasn’t aiming for fast weight loss. Instead, it wanted you to go healthy all way round. And healthy weight loss is 0.5 kg a week. You know, it doesn’t even matter if you lost less, because every single kilogram you managed to shake off your body adds up to your wellbeing.

Besides, you should be very proud for all the work you did in the gym, and I am sure your body is much more fit right now.

Cut it short, you’ve not given up, you just finished the first phase. =)) And you did it great! Wish all your life troubles solve and you start feeling better and happier. Chin up! You can overcome it all!!!
