First week

Well here I am, I have always had a weight problem in fact I can trace it all the way back to eight years old and I am now nearly 52. Weight loves me and even if I watch what I eat I seem to increase in girth. It's all very depressing and I find excuses not to go out with friends. This week I started Duromine at my own request, I went on it once when I was 18 but at that stage I wasn't severely overweight. Why did I ask my doctor for it? Because I weighed in at a whopping 146kg and shocked myself. So far so good, mild headache in the evenings and I havent really felt like eating at all which is good as I am a comfort eater. I find it hard to lose weight, so to me any weight lost has got to be great for me. Will keep you posted.

All the luck to you, Ashie! You can do it and you know it. Congratulations on having just mild side effects and the good GOOD effect! Just remember not to starve and monitor the products you consume, and, after the first week, it’s time to get into exercising. Start with walking (my personal favorite is swimming – it allows you work through all of your body without excessively loading your joints) or what you prefer doing. Keep up the great attitude and I wish you a wonderful Duromine journey!
