Hi Guys,

So it's my first time using Duromine 30mg and I've been using it for a week and a half. I feel like I have lost weight, not sure since the scale seems to give a different number each time I get on hahahaha... I just want to know if I'm alone on this and who else is doing this struggle with me?

I'm getting married in 85 days and would like to get a great jump start on weightloss.

Anybody have any advice for me?:)

Hello Hello!!! Welcome to the forum and first, I wish you a very successful weight loss journey! May it bring you the results you wish!!!
Well, since the scales refuse to be your ally on this journey, try using your clothes and the measuring tape to record the results. Actually, these are sometimes better for this purpose. Many people don't lose a lot in kilos, yet melt in their volumes.
What is your weight loss plan? How much do you weight, and how much do you want to lose?

The last time I weight about 133km-135km not completely sure, and this morning it was 130kg-131kg hahaha so I'm going to say its something like 131 which means I lost about 2kg-4kg in the almost 2 weeks that I have been on this. Would this be possible? I would like to end with 75kg... but I know that is still a long way to go... but for now, if possible, just maybe between 100kg-110kg for the wedding will already help so much to the self confidence. I don't really have a plan at the moment... but I almost don't eat anymore since being on the pills and I try to eat healthier as much as I can... for example I wake up at 05:30 and take my pills at about 06:30AM and then I only eat after 10:00AM the last two days only after 12:00PM since I'm not hungry... Then I eat some oats with cinnamon or if it's after lunch maybe chicken and veggies or something store bought if I'm too busy at the office. In the evenings I also don't eat a lot, probably only a hand full, maybe a hand and a half... I must admit I don't really have time for exercise so that isn't happening at the moment. I am also Insulin Resistant and I have PCOS... :( I do try to drink as much fluid as possible throughout the day. Any tips or tricks or advice?
