Hi there guys, OKs as promised i got the tape measure out.
Im 172cms tall. LOL that wont change haha.
Chest: 130 cms.
Waist: 121 cms.
Bicep (curled): 40 cms.
Thigh (sitting): 58 cms.
Hoping to decrease chest and waist, and increase legs n arms ;-)
So, I hit the pool today which was good, 30 mins of mobility exercises, jogging on the spot, lunge walks, knee ups, star jumps, leg raises, side leg raiser etc, all getting the body back to moving again, i still have some lil niggles n twinges but i think they are starting to work themselves out.
Nutrient shake for breakfast, normal lunch'ish, and a nice meat n veg dinner planned.
I'm still pretty flat with my energy levels, so I'm kinder forcing myself to do stuff, motivation has been low as these last few days, but today feels like a good start, so, here we go, one day at a time!
