Hi all,
I'm starting D on the 9th of March, just so I have time to get myself ready. I'm wanting to know what the general consensus is on what you should eat and the best kind of exercise to do while on Duromine. I have about 30 kgs to lose. While the idea of not eating at all is pretty attractive I don't think it'll be conducive to maintaining weight loss when I have finished my usage of the drug. My diet for the last 6 months has been nothing but fruit, meat and vegies. I don't eat potatoes at all and in 6 months I have lost 7 kgs. I really would love to be able to run but I injured my ankle when I was younger and now every time I run I roll it. I'm hoping that duromine will give me that little bit of leeway so that I am able to get a little bit of weight off that ankle. It would also be nice to have my stomach shrink a little. Any feedback on my ideas would be great and all advice is welcome.
