Day Seven - Weekly Weigh In

sleep: slept well but I had stressful dreams because I woke up with a sore lip (I had bitten down on it)

food:
slice of white bread, tbsp of peanut butter, skinny lattes, small bowl of fried rice, grilled chicken wings, cup of soba noodles, 5 mushroom gyoza (resisted dessert!)

mood: meh

official weekly weight:
80.5kg (-2.5kg so far!)

exercise:
nothing. had a horrible day at work and just couldn't bring myself to do anything other than head home.

I'm happy about my weight loss and I'm curious to see if I can break the 80kg mark. I've struggled before and it's so close I can feel it!
