I've noticed Iv been agitated. I know now that I have to work through it and do something physical if I start to feel that way, walk, cycle, clean anything. Burn off the energy that I didn't even realise I had. :)
Settling into a nice ruteen of healthy eating and feeling good.
Lost a few centermeters off my waist. :)
Drinking more water. Feeling a lot better. :)
