Day 3

I started to feel some side effects today. I was at work and started feeling nauseous. It wasn't too bad as it only lasted about half an hour, before easing a bit.

I haven't been feeling hungry at all..and I have no cravings for bad food! I went out with my Dad on Sunday to the shops, and walked through the food court and didn't have any desire for anything, and I usually would have chosen something like Chinese or a kebab or something similar.

Today all I had was a mango, two nectarines and a cup of tea. For dinner I made beef stirfry with vegetables and only served myself a small bowl. I ate it all but then realised afterwards even the small serving I prepared for myself was way too much and I felt a little sick. I now know to serve even smaller amounts, which still is so weird because I'm used to eating so much more, and now I can't.

I've also had nothing but water to drink, and occasionally a cup of tea.

I also took another step and joined a gym today. I went to my local one which is right near my house. I was so nervous about going in because gyms make me nervous because I feel like everyone is looking at me. At first I went back to the car and had to calm my nerves and then I went back in. I spoke to a really nice girl who explained everything to me, and I'll be going on Saturday for my first session. I'm looking forward to it because it's so close to home, it's somewhere I can go anytime I want, 24/7 :)

Oh, Stephanie you are doing so great!
You made me proud (reading that you passed by all junk food in the store) :) I think that is the most important thing to do when starting a healthy diet. Because if you have no junk food at home - > no temptation to eat it and it is getting easier to resist. Well done!
Speaking of 'gym fear', I totally understand, been there myself))) Don't worry - you just need to begin. Nobody is looking at you. Everybody comes there to do his own routine. Keep up the good work, darling! I believe in you.

Thanks Kate. That means so much because I never had the motivation to do this and when I took the first tablet I still didn't have the motivation to do it. But now I realise I want to and comments like yours really help me.
