I've done something to my right foot. Feels like I've pulled a muscle or something, but it's been really sore for three days now even though I pretty much spent all day yesterday sitting on my arse (partly to rest the foot, partly because I was sick). So I definitely didn't meet my step goal over the weekend and it's now four days since I last went on the dreadmill, which is very annoying. I keep reminding myself that weight loss is mostly diet and not a whole lot to do with exercise, but I am not in this just to lose weight - I also want to increase my fitness and get stronger and healthier. I can only do that if I combine diet and exercise, and increase the intensity of that exercise as I go.
Still. No point pushing it and making whatever-this-injury-is worse, I guess.
I'm almost due for my first month check-in with my doctor, so I guess I'll ask him about the foot when I see him.
I also skipped my Duro yesterday as I slept like shit on Saturday night and really wasn't feeling well. Appetite was only slightly increased, though I'm not sure if that's because of my stomach getting used to less food, or because I was feeling shitful. I did get hungry around 4pm and had a salada and cheese, and was still peckish after that, but drinking a ton of water fixed it.
On the brighter side, I cheated and weighed in this morning and the scales said 83.5, which is a 1.2kg loss in 4 days, so - yay! Hopefully I won't gain any before my official weigh-in on Thursday, lol.
