Day 2

Last night I went to bed feeling awake, but without me realising I fell asleep. Woke up a few times but dozed off to sleep. I woke up at 4 feeling wide awake, so did some relaxing yoga for 30mins and had cereal breakfast and went back to bed. I slept for 2 hours (this was the yummiest sleep).
I think in the morning I still had a little bit of energy left over from the Duromine I took yesterday.
I took my Livatone tablet and drank a Spirulina and Metamucil drink for lunch. I wasn't hungry so only had a peach at 3pm.

By dinner I was getting a little hungry (but not overly). I made a lean moroccan lamb on grill with greens. I also had some nuts and dried seaweed as a snack afterwards. I didn't want to drink too much so had a few sips of red and retired.

I have no lows from yesterday and still managed a bit of exercise so I am happy. I look forward to Sunday to take it. I wont be taking it tomorrow as I am going out for dinner with girlfriends and I dont want to miss out and also not be myself (in case I get too emotional from taking Duromine).
