Day 1 :)

I ate less food today. Maybe half the amount I normally would.
I went for a long fast past walk. ( don't think I've done that in years)
I had time to make better choices when it came to deciding what went into my mouth, as I wasn't feeling starved or ravished.
It defiantly had a calming effect. As I felt pleasantly calm all day.
By 8.30pm I felt very hungry.
By 10:30pm I was extremely tired.
No side effects :)
