So today I got the actual duromine 30mg I took my tablet around 9am and noticed an actual difference in the medication from metermine (generic brand) I instantly felt more energetic and just wanted to move straight away!

Today I had my last tablet for month 1 of my script.. The doctor gave me repeats and as I'd lost the script book, the local pharmacy luckily had it on file and are making my next lot for me to pick up tomorrow morning :)
The pharmacy doesn't open til 8am and I usually have my tablet at 6am so...

Sooo just chilled out at home today did house work (with 3 kids and 1 grown man housework never ends) lol I did a home workout around 10am went for an hour worked up a sweat half mastered a full 1 minute PLANK! Lol
