So I've been able to get to sleep of a night time at a reasonable hour so that's a huge plus! However the down side is that when I wake up at 5am to take my tablet I have all the energy in the world then I try to get back to sleep for a few hours and at 7am I find it EXTREAMLY hard to get out of bed! Next week I'm thinking that I might just stay awake at 5am and going to the gym in the morinings as well as the evenings. All hunger is gone but im still trying to eat 3 small healthy meals a day to keep my metabolism going. I got a wonderful surprise this morning when I put on my size 16 jeans (which usually give me a little bit of a muffin top when i wear them) and found that they were loose! Now they make my bum look saggy because they dont fit tightly. Looks like I have the perfect excuse to go shopping this weekend and get a new pair of jeans
