Making myself accountable

Hello again!
It has been a while since my last post. While I spent the best part of the past 12 months maintaining my weight at around 80 - 85 kilos (down from 117 kilos), the past couple of months I have let some bad habits creep back in. :oops:
My portion sizes have slowly crept up and I have been eating indiscriminately in the evenings before dinner. I'm still doing well with exercise (walking EVERY day and keeping my step count up on my pedometer) and drinking heaps of water. But my weight has crept up again and I am almost 90 kilos.
So I have made an appointment to see my GP on Wednesday in the hope that I can get another 3 months of Duromine to help me get back on track and lose the final 20 kilos to reach a healthy goal weight.
I just need a boost to help me get back on track. I managed to maintain for a great amount of time and am proud that I have coped so well over the last six months as we have had many stresses and life changing events to cope with. Now that everything is settling down I need to get back in control.
So you might just see me on this site a bit more in the next few months and I am going to take my own advice and read through my blog again to see if I can get any inspiration. Will be weighing in later in the week and looking at what other changes I need to make.
